Forward Deployed AI Engineer
We're looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who can sit down with a client on Monday, understand what's actually broken, and have something working in front of them by Friday, and then make it hold up in production. Are you our new Forward Deployed AI Engineer? Forward deployed means what it says. You work close to the client: in their systems, in their meetings, in their language. You'll design, build and deploy solutions that survive contact with real users and real infrastructure, not just a demo environment. You'll work alongside platform architects, strategy consultants and product designers to turn fuzzy client problems into scoped, working solutions grounded in solid data foundations. Two projects are rarely the same. In this role, you will: Design, implement and evaluate solutions, measuring accuracy, quality and speed in ways that hold up to client scrutiny Carry solutions from working demo to something the client's team can run, trust and maintain Map and communicate solution architecture, both from a systems perspective and a data perspective Integrate with existing client systems and deploy into client infrastructure, designing for handover so clients can operate and extend what's been built Work directly with client stakeholders to translate operational problems into scoped, buildable solutions through fast discovery cycles Help shape work before it's sold, scoping, proposals, and the conversations that turn an idea into an engagement Our work spans actionable data and AI strategies, data architecture design, advanced AI/ML models, scalable enterprise data platforms, and GenAI products that go into daily use.
