This is a highly technical, customer-facing role. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer operations — owning deployments, building integrations, solving live issues, and turning customer-specific needs into repeatable systems. As one of the earliest people in this function, you’ll also help shape the playbook, tooling, and structure for how Forward Deployed Engineering works at Broccoli. This role is ideal for someone who likes operating in ambiguity, shipping quickly, working directly with customers, and building from zero to one.
