The Role We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical customer journey and turn complex customer problems into production AI solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership from day one. You’ll work closely with our Product Lead, VP of Sales, and Engineering teams to take strategic customers from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, production deployment, adoption, and expansion, taking problems from ambiguity through execution and measurable impact.
