We’re looking for a seasoned fractional Chief Operating Officer to serve as a high-level strategic advisor to Via Logic’s principal and founders. This individual will provide executive guidance on organizational growth, mergers and acquisitions, strategic positioning, operational maturity, and long-term business planning. The role will work closely with leadership to assess opportunities, identify risks, advise on structure and sequencing, and help prepare the company for potential transactions, partnerships, expansion, or other significant growth initiatives. This is primarily an executive advisory engagement, with limited hands-on support for selected strategic and operational priorities based on agreed scope, available hours, and leadership needs.
