Fraud Data Analyst Get to Know our Team: The Fraud Operations team at Agoda works to protect our customers and business by minimizing fraud losses and payment disputes while keeping disruption to genuine customers as low as possible. With millions of hotels and homes across 200+ countries and territories, plus flights and activities, our team manages fraud risk in a fast-moving, complex global environment. You will be part of the Fraud Data Analyst team within Fraud Operations, working closely with Fraud Management, senior fraud agents, and key stakeholders. The team combines fraud expertise, investigation experience, data analysis, and technology to identify suspicious patterns, improve controls, and respond quickly to emerging risks. You will join a team that understands how fraud happens across real customer journeys and operational workflows. Your analysis will help detect new risks, reduce losses, improve processes, and support better fraud decisions at scale.
