Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of design systems for our products and brands, ensuring consistency and innovative user experience. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to maintain design integrity throughout implementation. Continuously refine and update design systems and patterns to meet evolving user and market needs. Enhance our design processes, incorporating best practices and effective communication tools. Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create detailed, high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate design concepts. Conduct comprehensive user research to inform design decisions and understand user pain points. Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, user research synthesis, and design iteration. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Ideally, you'll have: 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of end-to-end product design.
