YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You actively use AI-assisted and agentic AI tools as a core part of your daily engineering workflow — from code generation and automated testing to documentation and autonomous task execution — and you help define sensible engineering practices around them You design, build, and evolve scalable frontend features and shared UI libraries using React and TypeScript across multiple product areas You stay hands-on in code, lead cross-team frontend initiatives, and drive topics from idea to production with clear customer and business impact You architect and evolve our micro frontend platform using module federation, ensuring teams can ship independently without sacrificing consistency You own and improve our monorepo structure, tooling, and shared component system to maximize developer experience and delivery speed You maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including build optimization, test automation, and release workflows YOUR SKILLS MATTER AI-Assisted & Agentic Development You actively use AI tools — such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or agentic frameworks — as a core part of your daily engineering workflow. You are comfortable working with AI agents for autonomous coding tasks, code review support, and workflow automation, and you know how to apply them in ways that remain reviewable, reliable, and genuinely productive.
