FSQA Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Tempo)

This role follows a 3rd shift schedule, working from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM , with designated days off on Saturday & Sunday. The Tempo FSQA Supervisor is responsible for driving the food safety and quality control shift functions within Tempo. The role includes a combination of supervision and active participation in the tasks to ensure that all products are safe, consistent, of the highest quality, and meet all requirements. Detailed Responsibilities Reporting & Planning Assign daily and weekly responsibilities for RTH FSQA Techs and Sanitors, making sure there are appropriate resources to cover all activities Assist FSQA RTH Superintendent with development of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual schedules. Create FSQA Supervisor Recap; document any issues and work with the FSQA RTH Superintendent for resolution Be aware & proactive on shift metric reporting, understanding report outs & working on plans for improvement. Quality Control: Oversee RTH FSQA function
