The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations for Inspira Education Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing all financial transactions, managing accounts payable, and sending invoices/contracts. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, integrity, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. What You'll Do Daily & Monthly Accounting Operations: Support the Finance Manager with the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Process and record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Send invoices and contracts promptly to customers. Follow up on late invoices. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and coded correctly. Other Duties: Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
