We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Virtual Assistants for a role in Field Maintenance Coordination. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry and other department. Create and manage scheduled for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change. Monitor employee attendance, productivity and work performance. Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards Address poo-quality work promptly and professionally, cocumenting issues as needed.
