The team/project: We are excited to announce that we are setting up a new team in Riga , and we are looking for talented individuals to join us. As one of the first engineers in this team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and be part of a dynamic and innovative work environment. You will be part of the Online Product Development team responsible for building and evolving customer-facing digital platforms . These platforms are used by thousands of customers to manage subscriptions, review bills, purchase products, and access self-service capabilities. This role combines strong fullstack engineering expertise with mentoring, technical decision-making, and delivery coordination responsibilities. Responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of the nearshore team in close collaboration with the Swiss-based Product Owner.
