THE ROLE We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale applications across the Tradeify ecosystem. You'll own features end-to-end, work across frontend and backend systems, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering. This is a hands-on role. We move fast, we ship, and we expect you to have strong opinions about how things should be built. WHAT YOU'LL DO FULL-STACK PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - Build responsive, high-performance web applications and trading interfaces - Design and develop scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices - Work with databases, caching layers, and event-driven architectures - Develop integrations with third-party platforms, trading systems, and internal tools - Implement real-time dashboards, analytics views, and trading interfaces - Optimize for speed, reliability, and user experience across the stack ENGINEERING & COLLABORATION - Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning - Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes - Troubleshoot production issues and improve observability - Help shape engineering standards as the company scales WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack roles (frontend AND backend work in the same role) - Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, o
