Full Stack Software Engineer

THE JOB The Software Engineering team builds the systems that power Teraswitch’s customer experience and internal operations—our customer portal and APIs, billing platform, and the internal tooling that supports high-performance infrastructure at global scale. This role is backend-leaning, but we value engineers who can think across the stack and understand the user experience end-to-end. You’ll work on a mix of mature systems and new functionality, partnering closely with Infrastructure, Operations, Support, and other internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable software. We’re not looking for a narrow specialist. The right person for this role is a strong all-around engineer who takes ownership, follows through, and looks for ways to improve systems over time. Success in this role requires strong individual contribution, good judgment, and a willingness to engage when needed to improve reliability, support production systems, and help drive issues through resolution.
