Because you will have a direct impact on the development of a complex, cloud-native platform supporting digital health and social care. iWantGreatCare , part of Top Doctors Group , is a platform that combines Node.js and TypeScript microservices , specialized background workers, event-driven workflows, and applications built with Vue.js and Nuxt.js . It runs on Google Cloud Platform , using technologies such as Pub/Sub, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, BigQuery, ETLs, and modern CI/CD practices. As a Fullstack Developer , you will design, build, and evolve scalable backend services, distributed workflows, and user-facing applications. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Integrations, and DevOps to deliver reliable solutions with a meaningful real-world impact. ⚙️ About the platform Our platform has a distributed, cloud-native architecture composed of: Microservices and workers: Node.js and TypeScript services, with specialized background workers communicating through GCP Pub/Sub queues and REST APIs. Cloud infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and managed services supporting scalability and resilience. Data: MongoDB, BigQuery, ETL processes, and integrations with other products and systems.
