For more information visit Operations Support Services (OSS) Team The OSS Team is one of six groups within the Fundraising Operations Department, providing essential support to fundraising operations for the Member Service Bureau (MSB) cooperative. This team is responsible for triaging and responding to inquiries from Public Media Organizations (PMO) regarding fundraising operations activities CDP coordinates for the 50+ (and growing) member station MSB cooperative. In addition, the OSS Team manages logistics and provides support for MSB cooperative member on-air pledge drives. Each year, the OSS Team supports over 60,000+ hours of on-air pledge drives and facilitates the fulfillment of more than 150,000 thank-you gift orders.
