Significance Inc. is seeking a GCPC Journeyman Specialist to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be remote and requires an active Secret clearance. The Journeyman Business Specialist supports the Marine Corps Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program through audit support, financial analysis, policy implementation, program administration, and business process execution. The position assists senior staff in maintaining compliance with DoD, DON, and Marine Corps regulations while improving operational effectiveness across the purchase card enterprise. Responsibilities include: • Assist with execution of Purchase Card Program Management Reviews (PPMAP). • Review purchase card transactions for compliance. • Monitor financial metrics and reporting requirements. • Analyze payment certification and delinquency reports. • Assist with monthly and quarterly audit reporting. • Support corrective action tracking. • Perform data validation and reconciliation activities. • Support internal control documentation. • Maintain program records and SharePoint content. • Assist with training development. • Research acquisition regulations and policy changes. • Support implementation of new business processes. • Assist with enterprise system testing and integration efforts. • Provide administrative support for program management activities.
