What You’ll Be Doing Growth & Revenue Leadership Contribute to global revenue targets, affiliate partnerships and VIP services. Build and scale a high-performing global affiliate programme that consistently produces strong ROI. Drive business strategies, partnerships, and campaigns to outgrow competitors. Drive digital asset initiatives, exploring new products and services to expand the company's offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. Execution & Performance Translate strategy into an executable plan with measurable KPIs and deliverables. Continuously optimize affiliate campaigns, user conversion funnels, and VIP retention programs to maximize revenue impact. Competitive Positioning Monitor market trends and competitor moves to identify opportunities and threats. Develop market-specific product ideas and ensure timely launches in collaboration with global teams. Partnership & Ecosystem Development Partner with legal, compliance, and risk to ensure governance and operational integrity, consider potential licensing strategies, and facilitate regulatory liaisons.
