German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours/week Compensation: €15/hour + performance-based incentives Work Location: Fully Remote Contract: Freelance cooperation agreement About the Opportunity TalentWorldGroup is currently looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representatives for a project with a leading company in the vacation rental industry . About the Role This is a pre-sales SDR position , focused on outbound calling and lead qualification , rather than closing sales. You would contact vacation rental property owners, introduce the client, assess their interest, qualify potential leads, and transfer qualified prospects to the Sales Managers. Your Responsibilities Make outbound calls to vacation rental homeowners Introduce the client and explain the service Identify interest and qualify potential leads Build rapport and handle initial questions and objections Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers Maintain accurate information in the CRM Manage follow-ups and lead handovers Participate in KPI reviews and performance discussions What We're Looking For Fluent-level German (C2) Strong professional English , as our internal communication, training and team collaboration are conducted in English At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generation Confidence speaking with prospects by telephone Experience handling objections Familiarity with CRMs and lead databases Goal-oriented, organized and self-motivated Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Working Hours 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, CET: Monday: 10:30 – 14:00 and 15:00- 19:00 Tuesday: 15:00 – 19:00 Wednesday: 10:30 – 14:00 and 15:00- 19:00 Thursday: 10:30 – 14:00 and 15:00- 19:00 Friday: 10:30 – 14:00 Training The anticipated training period is in September 2026 , subject to the final project timeline and client confirmation.
