Position Summary Idera is seeking a Global Accounts Receivable Manager to lead collections strategy and execution across a global portfolio of software businesses. This role is responsible for improving cash collections, reducing delinquency, strengthening end-to-end accounts receivable operations, and driving consistency across processes, systems, and controls throughout the order-to-cash cycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business-to-business software collections experience, sound business judgment, the creativity to devise practical solutions to problems that don't come with a playbook, and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-entity environment. Reporting to the Vice President of Accounting, this person will partner closely with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Legal, Treasury, and business-unit leadership to resolve disputes, improve processes, support scalable growth, and enhance the customer payment experience.
