The Global Capability Center (GCC) Technology Lead is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping the technology strategy and system architecture that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role you will provide technology expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving consistent, scalable, and integrated technology solutions Responsibilities include: Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability. Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives. Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
