Learn more at Location: Remote Start Date: October 1, 2026 Reports To: VP for Christ-Centered Education Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education and competitive with other nonprofits Position Summary: Edify promotes holistic and high-quality Christ-centered education in partnership with low-fee independent Christ-centered schools. The Global Curriculum and Assessment Lead is a full-time position that will thrive in a challenging, innovative, and empowering mission-focused work environment. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality of Edify ’s training curricula and delivery of assessments across Edify ’s teacher and facilitator training programmes, supporting multiple countries, cohorts, and academic terms simultaneously. The role will oversee the quality development and delivery of Edify training content/curriculum and coordinate the end-to-end assessment cycle, including assessment operations and programme delivery, TalentLMS management, marking and moderation, AI-assisted grading workflows, and quality assurance. This role will also work closely with the Online Learning Managers in Latin America, East Africa, and West Africa, as well as Edify consultants supporting the marking of assessments for key Edify trainings. Moreover, the Global Curriculum and Assessment Lead will support the work of the Christ-Centered Education (CCE) Regional Leads
