What You'll Own Strategic Partnership Be the trusted advisor to global business and leaders - translating their goals into HR strategies that actually move the needle. Global Workforce Planning Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across a genuinely international footprint. Performance & Talent Shape global performance frameworks and drive retention and development strategies for hard-to-find PV and safety talent. Culture & Engagement Keep a real pulse on how our global teams are feeling and act on it, not just measure it. Change Leadership Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation with clarity and confidence. What You Bring Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries. CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required. PV experience is preferred.
