Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Global Process Engineer to join our dynamic Business Transformation team. This position reports to the Global Head, Business Transformation and is responsible for architecting, documenting, and improving Woolpert’s end-to-end enterprise business processes, from lead generation and business development through project delivery, billing, revenue recognition, cash application, and related financial and system impacts. This role partners with executive and senior operational leaders to translate complex business operations into scalable process architecture, governance standards, and transformation roadmaps that improve enterprise alignment, decision-making, controls, and operational effectiveness. This position works independently in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and uses sound judgment to define process scope, identify enterprise risks and dependencies, and recommend future-state solutions that support business transformation priorities.
