Global Sales Transformation Professional

Responsibilities: Process Management: Lead change management activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring documentation and quality assurance; Operational Excellence: Support countries in adopting the global sales template and ensure alignment with global standards; Training & Enablement: Develop process models, training materials, and deliver workshops to enable key users; Roadmap Contribution: Prepare business cases for the Global Sales Transformation roadmap and assist in project capacity planning (e.g., via Meisterplan); Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and bridge process gaps. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline; Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales transformation or business process professional within international organizations, in global sales and pre‑sales; Proven ability to translate complex business needs into system requirements and manage senior stakeholders; Experience driving improvements across regions and supporting both operational activities and longer‑term transformation initiatives; Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes, change management, and user enablement is essential; hand-on experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C is preferred); Full professional proficiency (C1 level) in both English and German; Ability to work with cross-functional experts and global process owners to align local needs with global strategic standards. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
