Are you a technical web expert who marries digital strategy with flawless execution? We are seeking a highly skilled Website Manager to oversee, optimize, and scale our global digital footprint across an international portfolio of websites. In this role, you will be the ultimate gatekeeper and strategist for our international web ecosystem (powered by WordPress). You will sit at the intersection of marketing, technology, and regional operations - ensuring our web presence is secure, compliant, lightning-fast, and highly optimized for conversions across multiple countries and languages. This is a fully remote position, to be based in the UK. It is a full time role, working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Building web development strategy and functional for international and local customers, including onboarding web development and engineering teams. Coordinating with regional teams to ensure local sites are culturally relevant and reflect the markets of the in-country teams. Managing site speed, mobile responsiveness, XML sitemaps, and crawl errors to ensure the site ranks high on search engines.
