Develop efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet product and business requirements. Work with relational database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable systems. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance. Contribute innovative ideas, improvements, and best-practice solutions to the team. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a backend or systems developer. Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) . Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, advanced queries). Strong understanding of system-level programming using C or C++ . Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices. Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts. Passionate about technology, self-driven, and
