The Graduate Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of capital and continuous improvement projects across Fiji Water's operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to project engineering, manufacturing processes, utilities, and engineering systems while developing the technical and leadership capabilities required for progression into a Project Engineer role. The Graduate Engineer will work closely with Project Engineers, Operations, Reliability, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives. Support Project Engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of capital and continuous improvement projects.
