Strong understanding of medical or community-related terminology is a plus. High school diploma or higher. Excellent listening, memory, note-taking, and communication skills. High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional conduct. Core Competencies Ability to deliver accurate consecutive interpretation with clarity and consistency. Adherence to interpreter ethics, professional standards, and confidentiality. Strong time-management skills and ability to work within structured schedules. Ability to adapt to different industries, clients, and call types. Reliability, stability, and commitment to providing high-quality service.
