WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON GTM AI SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE - Own and evolve the AI-powered systems that drive Higgsfield's go-to-market engine, including HubSpot, Stripe, Ironclad, and emerging AI-native GTM tooling. - Design and build scalable workflows across lead management, customer acquisition, deal execution, contracting, onboarding, renewals, and revenue operations. - Serve as the primary owner of GTM systems architecture, integrations, automation strategy, and operational intelligence. - Build AI agents, workflows, and automations that eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and increase GTM efficiency across the customer lifecycle. - Evaluate and implement new AI tools, copilots, and workflow orchestration platforms to accelerate commercial operations. AI-POWERED REVENUE OPERATIONS - Leverage AI to optimize lead routing, qualification, enrichment, account research, forecasting, customer health monitoring, and operational workflows. - Identify bottlenecks across the revenue funnel and deploy automated solutions that improve conversion, speed, and visibility. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Leadership to build scalable operational infrastructure. - Own system integrations and operational workflows that ensure data flows seamlessly across the commercial stack.
