At Freshworks, we're introducing AI across our GTM organization to accelerate how we understand buyers, connect revenue signals, and enable our teams to take action. We're looking for a hands-on AI/GTM engineer to build the agents, workflows, and intelligence systems powering the next generation of our GTM organization. Our buyer signals currently live across Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, product usage data, intent platforms, and internal systems. You'll build the technical infrastructure that connects those signals, adds context and intelligence, and turns them into actions for our frontline teams. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, automation, and revenue technology.
