Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place — bringing clarity and control to company expenses. We are seeking a senior GTM professional to lead our expansion in the German market. The ideal candidate is a German native speaker with 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, including enterprise and mid-market segments. You have a strong track record of closing complex deals, managing long sales cycles, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders. We are also open to structuring this role as part-time for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in the German market Develop and execute outbound and inbound go-to-market strategies Manage enterprise and mid-market pipelines with a focus on predictable revenue generation Conduct product demos and tailor value propositions to CFOs, finance leaders, and procurement teams Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting Collaborate closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to ensure smooth handovers and expansion opportunities Requirements: 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS (enterprise and/or mid-market) Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Strong negotiation and closing skills Fluent German speaker with professional-level English Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Nice-to-Have: Experience selling fintech, spend management, or financial SaaS solutions Familiarity with the DACH market landscape Experience working in an international startup What we offer: Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives A chance to build and scale the German market from an early stage D
