GTM Leader, Strategy and AI Innovation Services

The Role Servant is seeking a strategic GTM Leader to oversee the revenue and customer growth of our Strategy and AI Innovation Services, maximizing our go-to-market motion. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is not a delivery role. It is a market-facing, door-opening, credibility-lending role for someone who has spent a career sitting across the table from C-suites, agency leadership, and boards — and who can walk into any room, at any level of seniority, and be trusted immediately. This Leader brings prior strategy consulting expertise and agency-side experience, paired with recognized credentials as an AI transformation expert, across a breadth of customer types and industries. They advise senior executives at target accounts on strategy and AI innovation opportunities, help inform and shape the solutions Servant designs for those engagements, and — critically — serve as a deal source, opening doors that our Growth Advisors then walk through to close and grow the relationship.
