The Technical Supervisor is part of the Technical & Quality Department and reports to the Technical Manager or relevant line manager. The role is responsible for supervising the technical activities related to Hardline and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and applicable international standards. The objectives of the Technical Supervisor are: To ensure technical competency of inspectors and report reviewers To Improve consistency and accuracy of inspection and reporting To support compliance with international standards and client requirements To strengthen training and knowledge sharing across teams Mission The mission of the Technical Supervisor is to ensure the technical competency, consistency, and quality of inspection and reporting activities across E&E products, DIY products, and hard goods, while supporting compliance with internal procedures and international standards.
