The Head Group Processes & Data governance is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving end-to-end business process landscape and master data governance across at Group level. The role ensures clear standards, governance mechanisms, and accountability structures are in place, and orchestrates the Group Process Owner network to drive alignment, efficiency, and data integrity across divisions. Responsibilities Establish and continuously evolve a Group-wide process and data governance framework, including standards, policies, roles, and escalation mechanisms Drive end-to-end process performance and harmonization across domains, defining KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives Ensure robust master data governance, including ownership models, data standards, quality frameworks Lead and develop the Group Process Owner (GPO) network, ensuring alignment, consistency, and resolution of cross-functional issues Manage the Group process and data governance project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and coordinating execution with IT and business functions Act as a governance ambassador by driving communication, adoption, and change enablement across divisions, while supporting governance bodies and steering committees Several years of significant experience in
