Role Summary The Head of Agile Practice is responsible for driving delivery excellence across Equiniti by defining, embedding, and evolving Agile ways of working. The role ensures Agile principles, standards, and best practices are consistently adopted across product lines and delivery teams to improve predictability, quality, transparency, and business outcomes. Leading a team of Agile Practitioners, the role partners with Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product, Technology, and Portfolio leaders to strengthen organisational capability, embed continuous improvement, and drive adoption of Equiniti 's Agile operating model. Core Duties/Responsibilities Agile Practice Leadership Define, maintain, and evolve Equiniti 's Agile operating model, standards, frameworks, and ways of working. Act as the CoE for Agile delivery, promoting consistency, best practice, and continuous improvement across product lines and delivery teams. Champion Agile values, principles, and behaviours across the organisation. Lead the evolution and adoption of Agile 2.0, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Capability Development & Coaching Lead and develop the Agile Practitioner team, fostering a culture of coaching, enablement, and continuous learning. Establish learning pathways, coaching frameworks, communities of practice, and development programmes to strengthen Agile capability. Partner with leaders, RT
