Head of BI Analytics - Shenzhen

Purpose of Position The Head of BI Analytics will be responsible for leading CASETiFY’s business intelligence and analytics capability, with a strong focus on data visualization, KPI setup, metadata establishment, and insight analysis across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with business, product, engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure data is translated into clear, trusted, and actionable insights that support decision-making and performance management. The incumbent is expected to bring strong hands-on experience in BI analytics, dashboarding, KPI framework design, metadata and metric governance, and insight generation. This role will help establish a scalable and trusted analytics foundation, improve reporting consistency, and drive stronger business understanding in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
