About the Role: Wing is looking for a Head of Business Operations to join our Strategy, Business Operations, and Analytics team. This role is based remotely in the United States . In this role, you will lead the Business Operations function, setting the standard for operational excellence and execution across the company. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that serves as the "connective tissue" of the organization, ensuring that high-level strategies are translated into actionable, measured, and delivered results. You will partner with executive leadership not just to plan the future, but to build the scalable systems, processes, and operating rhythms required to get us there.
