About this venture Sendify is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and help shape how we build products as the company grows. We are a logistics technology company helping small and mid-sized businesses access better shipping rates, smarter tools, and a simpler way to manage logistics. Today, thousands of customers use Sendify across Sweden and Germany, and we are building toward a much larger European opportunity. Our engineering team works across three product areas and collaborates closely with Product and Design. We are now looking for a dedicated leader who can develop the team, raise the bar, and keep engineering closely connected to customer and business needs. Your role & responsibilites As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the people, culture, and performance of the engineering organisation. You will lead and develop our engineers, support strong technical decision-making, and create the conditions for teams to deliver high-quality products at a sustainable pace. This is a leadership role for someone who still understands the craft. You will not be expected to write production code every day, but you should be comfortable discussing architecture, reviewing technical decisions, and working closely with senior engineers. You will report to the Director of Product Development and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data, and our Principal Architect.
