As we explore this emerging domain, we’re looking for a Head of Engineering to own technical execution and build a world-class engineering team to win this new market. What You Will Do As the Head of Engineering for Discover, you will own the technical strategy, execution, quality, and delivery of the product. Execution & Delivery Ownership: Own the end-to-end execution of our engineering roadmap. You will unblock technical hurdles, and stabilize our MVP infrastructure to support complex, multi-brand, and agency-level scale. You ensure that we ship robust, performant code at startup speed. Hands-On Technical Leadership: This is a highly active role. You aren't just managing from a distance; you will write code, build prototypes, review PRs, and work side-by-side with your engineers to design scalable systems (LLM pipelines, data ingestion, and event-driven architectures).
