HEAD OF ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING

The Environmental Testing Leader is responsible for the strategic, operational and technical management of the Environmental Testing business line in Croatia. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality environmental testing services, compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, contribution to achievement of financial targets, and development of a high-performing team. The position leads laboratory operations related to water, wastewater, soil, sediment, and environmental monitoring services. Key Operational Management responsibilities include: Oversee daily environmental laboratory operations. Ensure efficient resource planning, capacity management, and workflow optimization. Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead investments in laboratory equipment, technology, and infrastructure. Ensure timely delivery of analytical results and reports. Qualifications University degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, or related natural sciences 7-10+ years of experience in environmental testing laboratories 2-5+ years in a leadership or management role Proven experience in: Water testing (drinking water, wastewater, groundwater) Soil and sediment analysis Environmental chem
