Shape the Future of Finance Through Data, Insights & Innovation Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for data, reporting, technology and business performance? We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance Data, Reporting & Systems to join our finance team in Perth and to lead our regional finance reporting, analytics, forecasting and finance systems strategy across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Reporting to senior regional leadership, this role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, strengthening reporting governance, driving continuous improvement, and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance decision-making and business performance. Responsibilities include, however not limited to: Strategic Finance & Performance Insights Lead the regional FP&A reporting, analytics and performance framework. Deliver meaningful insights on revenue, margins, productivity, utilisation, costs and operational performance. Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders. Support strategic decision-making through commercial analysis, modelling and performance reporting.
