The role We’re looking for a foundational GTM Enablement hire to help scale Tavily’s go-to-market organization. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to improve rep productivity, reinforce sales process consistency, accelerate onboarding and ramp time, and help our teams better communicate business value in complex AI sales cycles. This role sits at the center of our GTM organization, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve how we enable sellers as our product, positioning, and competitive landscape rapidly evolve You’re welcome to work remote in the US. Your responsibilities will include: Build and reinforce Tavily’s sales process, qualification rigor, and enablement frameworks as the company scales. Design and run onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development Lead product and competitive enablement initiatives to keep reps current on positioning and differentiation Develop enablement programs focused on business value selling, discovery, qualification, and enterprise sales execution Create and maintain GTM collateral including battlecards, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and launch materials Identify productivity gaps and implement ena
