About the Role This is a zero-to-one, high-ownership growth role at an early-stage AI company building reimbursement automation infrastructure for interventional specialties — including Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, and Interventional Radiology. The platform automates prior authorization, benefits verification, medical necessity audits, and denial appeals for procedure-heavy healthcare settings, and is now expanding its go-to-market motion into medical device OEM partnerships. As Head of Growth , you will own the full commercial motion for OEM accounts — from defining the ideal customer profile to closing the first enterprise contracts. You'll work directly with the founding team and have meaningful influence over product direction, partnerships, and revenue strategy. What You'll Do Source OEM leads and open relationships across market access and reimbursement teams at medical device companies. Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where the platform creates the most value. Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and build a repeatable sales playbook for OEM partnerships. Own OEM accounts end-to-end — from first call through signed contract and ongoing relationship management. Attend key industry conferences and build community partnerships to extend reach within target specialties. Research and identify growth opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure. Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercialization teams to translate OEM needs into roadmap priorities. What We're Looking For Required: 4–7 years of experience working in medical device companies, with direct exposure to go-to-market and reimbursement-related initiatives. Direct experience in reimbursement or market access within the medical device industry — this is a dealbreaker requirement.
