About the role: Samsara is looking for a Head of GTM AI and Engineering to lead the technical evolution of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This leader will build, automate, and operate the systems that power Samsara ’s entire go-to-market engine, and you’ll do it AI-first. You will lead a high-impact, cross-functional team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers dedicated to building advanced AI products, models, and automated workflows. These internal products deliver deep insights, precise recommendations, and seamless automation to supercharge our ~1,500-person GTM organization and directly enhance the experience of several thousand global customers. This is a senior leadership role built for an AI-first world—moving beyond traditional reporting into the engineering of intelligent systems that scale a hyper-growth business.
