Head of GTM Data and Commercial Operations 📍 Boulder, Colorado | Full-time in office About the team SumUp US is preparing for the next phase of growth, and we're looking for an experienced data, insights, and commercial operations leader to help get us there. We're building a unified GTM Data and Commercial Operations function that brings together Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, and GTM Insights and Experimentation under one roof for the first time. This role exists because we're done with fragmented data, reactive firefighting, and half-solves. We need a single-threaded leader who can turn a complex, multi-team revenue engine into a proactive, AI-driven insight machine. As Head of GTM Data and Commercial Operations, you'll sit on the US Leadership team and oversee the full data and commercial operations stack that powers how we acquire, grow, and retain merchants across the US market. You'll be the objective owner of what's working and what isn't, feeding insights, hypotheses, and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
