About the role: We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Oracle Services to lead and accelerate the next phase of growth for our Oracle Support and Application Managed Services (AMS) business. As Head of Oracle Services, you’ll shape how we deliver Oracle services to customers globally, leading talented distributed teams, building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, driving service excellence, continuous improvement, and the evolution of our Oracle Services offering. This is a high-impact opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to make meaningful improvements, influence strategic direction and leave a lasting mark on our Oracle Services organisation. You won’t simply be managing an existing function; you’ll help shape its future. From service transformation and customer success to people leadership and growth initiatives, your influence will be visible across the business from day one. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs, performance and mutual fit.
