About the Role Fieldguide is building the AI platform for audit and advisory firms. Our product combines audit workflow, firm methodology, evidence, reviewer judgment, and AI agents in a domain where correctness, traceability, security, and trust affect customer decisions. As Head of Platform Engineering, you will own the systems that Fieldguide's product, agents, engineers, and enterprise deployments depend on. You will lead the Platform org across App Platform, Agentic Engineering, Infrastructure, and Site Reliability.
