About the role Niricson is looking for a Head of Portfolio Growth to lead the expansion of our existing customer base across infrastructure owners, public-sector agencies, utilities, airports, transportation authorities, and large asset-intensive organizations. This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on turning initial customer engagements into broader, multi-asset, recurring, portfolio-wide relationships. You will build the strategy, operating rhythm, account planning discipline, and customer expansion motion required to grow Niricson 's footprint within existing enterprise and public-sector customers. This role is ideal for a commercial leader who has sold complex technology, data, inspection, asset management, or infrastructure solutions into government, utilities, transportation, engineering, or other asset-intensive markets. What You’ll Do Own Portfolio Expansion Lead Niricson 's growth strategy for existing customers, with a focus on expanding from initial projects into larger, multi-site, multi-asset, and recurring customer relationships. Build Strategic Account Plans Create account plans for key customers, including stakeholder maps, expansion paths, renewal risks, procurement timelines, budget cycles, executive relationships, and multi-year growth opportunities. Drive Expansion Revenue Own expansion
