About iX Suite iX Suite is Concentrix 's family of AI-powered products for customer experience. It spans three product lines: agent-assist software that makes human agents faster and better, customer-facing AI automation that resolves issues end to end, and an intelligence and memory layer that makes both smarter over time. iX Suite is strategically central to Concentrix . It is how we protect and grow our core business as AI reshapes the industry. This is a mandate with real weight behind it, real budget, and direct visibility to the executive team — not a side experiment. The Role We are hiring a Head of Product to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across all three iX Suite product lines. You will report directly to the Group Vice President of the Global Product Organization and sit as a peer to the leaders of Engineering, Commercial, and Delivery. You will own the decisions that matter most: what we build, what we buy or partner for, and whether a product is ready to launch and stand behind. You will build a single, coherent product roadmap and a product story that both business leaders and technical architects can read and trust. This is a build-inside-a-large-enterprise role.
