The Head of Product carries dual responsibility: running a high-performing domain model that delivers measurable value across our portfolio, and partnering with the business to identify and launch new products that drive T&F's next phase of commercial growth. You'll lead twelve experienced Senior Product Managers with autonomy, ensuring priorities are coherent, the team has clarity to make independent decisions, and you're consistently raising what this team believes it can achieve.
